On Monday, we told you about the WPRA/AQHA’s Barrel Racing Horse of the Year. Now, The Barrel Racing Report is asking readers to nominate their picks for Barrel Horses of the Year.
The Barrel Racing Report is a free, online e-news, mailed each week and chock full of barrel racing results, news, and breeding information. It focuses on the entire industry - from 4D’s, to rodeos, futurities, sires, and more. The website also includes a directory of barrel racing sires.
This year, The Barrel Racing Report is taking nominations for top barrel horses in several categories. Visitors to the site can nominate the top four and five-year-old mares, geldings, and stallions. Top open/4D mares, geldings, and stallions also have their own categories. There is also an award for top overall rodeo horse, which includes all sexes.
